We ship packages via UPS ground. If you would like expedited service, please indicate this on your order. An additional charge will be applied to your total at the time of processing.- Delivery and service charges include our costs for customer service as well as processing and shipping.
- Larger items may require additional shipping charges.

The Banana Pier Gift Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All credit cards must be issued by a bank in the United States and all charges and prices listed are in US dollars. Order Confirmation
We will automatically send an email order confirmation to the email address indicated in your account. If you use Spam-filtering software, be sure to add bananapier@nauticus.org to your list of approved email names so that you will receive confirmation emails from us. Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, please return it to us (unused and in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 30 days of delivery. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that the goods be returned by a recorded delivery service. The Banana Pier Gift Shop will pay for the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charges to you except the direct cost of returning the goods. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Online Ticket Purchases
Online ticket purchases are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase. Special Discounts for Nauticus Members
Members of Nauticus receive a 10% discount on most shop merchandise. Where applicable, membership prices are listed in a drop-down box below the item description. To support Nauticus by becoming a member, you now have the ability to purchase a Nauticus Membership online. If you purchase a Membership online, make sure that you choose the Member prices as you shop. Once your Membership purchase is approved, we will process your order with the discount.
